Done dogsitting for a minute or two

Counseling tonight then babysitting Matthew for Sharen and Jeff. Pete, looks like I won't be home until close to 930 or 10 :sigh:

But now that I think about it Dave you might be right. my therapist tells me this weird bearded dude comes in and insists on only communicating through melancholy sax arrangements.

So, guess what? Last week I found out they are starting a roller derby team in Erie! I emailed today to find out how much I would have to invest to join..... I am so excited!

I had a hard time getting motivated this morning, but I did get some laundry done, trash taken out, picked up some paperwork from my new employer, went and peed in a cup, and now I'm back to make some lunch. Then it's time to finish the garage, finish some laundry and then maybe some old school nintendo since I'm a man of leisure for at least a few more days. lol.

Ang! I will totally make a trip to see you kick ass with skates on!

Also, Sharen just emailed and her appointment is cancelled!

yeah I got a job. It's a part time gig, but it's a pay check. I'll be working at Office Max. The managers are really nice guys and it seems like a good place to work so it will be nice to make some money while I keep looking around. They said for back to school time(over the next month) that I could be working close to 40 hours.

There's a drama llama wandering around my department right now that I'm trying to avoid and stay calm about. Stinkin people. If we would all just agree to only talk to the source of our issues then we would simmer this drama llama down right now instead of feeding it by bitching and gossiping to other people instead of our manager. Ugh

Also, 2 new people are joining our meeting tonight to see if they want to help with planning for WP and 1 of them is a teen (we have 2 others already) that has a lot of emotional issues and is hyper sexual (I think). So she wanted to come and we're giving her a shot but I'm nervous about it because of how much comes with being a leader and wondering if she's ready for it or not.

Suddenly I am hit with the realization that school is 2 weeks away, wow.....the summer really went way too fast, but routine will be good.

WOW, it is such a small world!!! The name sounds familiar, but I can't put the name to a face. That's just crazy. I just found out the brother of one of my coworkers at my new job is internet dating a lady from Napoleon.
