You know, I don't think that the fact that he was once married to a porn star neccisarily marks him as a cheater his whole life.
People do shitty things, make a lot of bad choices in their lives. We're called to forgive them and offer them grace.
I don't know about Sandra and Jesse's standing with Jesus, but in general I am so glad that my sinful past (and present) isn't held against me and cause for people to not even give me a chance because of it.
