Seriously - it's getting worse.

Pete - can you rattle someones cage? This has been going on for a long time. It's hard to believe the powers that be - whoever they are- are trying to fix this.

The only advice they are giving us at this time is to shut down the quote option, so that's what I've done.

They are still waiting for a solution and it's pure chaos on the admin forum at the moment. It seems the problem goes all the way back to the parent company which is located in France and they lost several days work because they are not allowed to work the weekends? I don't get it either, but we're not alone in this boat, it's actually over crowded............hopefully it's not the Titanic.

As soon as I hear something I'll let you all know, as soon as it's fixed and we see the change back to normal, I'll put the quote button back on the forum.

Maybe if Beldar would be in charge it would be done by now. But sadly no. The latest word is they are working on an update to fix the problem. Part of the issue was it wasn't the same on all browsers and some forums aren't having the issue so tracking down the issue was a problem, but they think they have found it and will be rolling out the fix soon, as there are some forums completely shutting down because of this issue.

Feeling helpless sucks.
