Its a lifestyle adjustment not a diet
The last month has been level with the weight loss, no gain no loss. Still basically doing the weight watchers,
For snacks the we've been eating a lot of carrots. I think carrots are one of those food it takes more to eat than its worth, cause its so much chewing.
My new goal is 10 pounds in the next month
I heard once that the items in the middle of the grocery store are the foods to stay away from. So when you go to the store buy most of your items from the outskirts, produce, lean proteins, dairy
and stay away from anything that comes in a box.
So whats working for you?
1 point snacks
Act II Microwave Popcorn-96% fat-free
Fudgesicle (fat free)
Walmart 90 Calorie Cereal Bar
Apple
Orange
most vegetables are no points
Most servings of fresh fruit are low points
peace jm

Re: Its a lifestyle adjustment not a diet
I think that is one of the hardest parts....it is so easy to gain weight, but so hard to lose it.
I am trying to eat much better and control portions, because really that is my whole problem...I overeat almost every time I eat....or I was. So far it looks like I am 5 pounds down...so it is paying off.
