What's for supper?
I just finished making the best cheese sauce I've ever made!
Mixing that with some whole wheat rotini pasta handfuls of vegetables, and chicken!
I hope it tastes as good as I think it will.

Is it a bechamel base, Pete?
I had a ridiculously large sandwich from a place called The Phat Sammich. Well, I had half of it.

similar, but I don't use any milk.
butter, garlic, flour, chicken broth and cheese. It was yummy!! Fortunately I have enough left for about three more meals.
I never did learn how to cook for one.
