Scripture Tea. WTh
I saw this in the store the other day and it make me say what the hell.
Every tag had a scripture on it. It pretty much encaspulates a lot about what i dislike about the church in general theese days

I really don't see how different that is from reading a devotional each morning. Or getting a devotional email in your inbox everyday...

Not to mention that the church doesn't really have anything to do with it. These types of products are developed by businesses are marketed through marketing groups and sold in for profit business.
Yes they are also a ministry but to confuse a Christian bookstore with a ministry where things should be free or close to free is a mistake.
You wouldn't expect a Christian plumber to do repair work on your home for free or for no profit just because they are Christian and so are you would you?

this was at a cracker barrel restaurant. It just shows that there are people that would put jesus on a dead fish and call it. Holy fish
I know people wouldn't make it it somebody didn't buy it. I just don't understand why we feel the need to sell every part of our culture, or market it in a way that makes me say what the hell.
example # 2
testamints.
We sell so much faith junk.
