1.of or pertaining to worldly things or to things that are not regarded as religious, spiritual, or sacred; temporal: secular interests.
Not sure where I heard this word the other day. I think it was on religious radio. I decided that I did not like htis word. Derek webb said a long time ago that an inanimate object can not be saved. So you can't have a secular book or a christian book. its just a label. I think a lot of up front people use this word to say My way is better and your way, well its just secular.

Excellent. I didn't realize you and me and Derek Webb were on the same page. I have said for years that there is no such thing as secular music, or secular movies. Much of the so-called secular stuff actually glorifies God. A certain amount of it glorifies darkness. But none of it is neutral.
