Wow, Katy. Yeah, I need to hear that. Loudly, and often! My heart and mind really struggle with believing that one...and yet I think it's the key to so many things in life.

that is so true. I always need to remember that. Thanks for sharing it Katy.

It is one of those issues where sometimes I think I am doing pretty well....but then I have some sort of major break down, and feel totally unloved and react in totally the wrong way.

I wish I could remember that message all the time.
