Re: Thursday!!
Working then straight home, AGAIN!
I didn't go to the gym last night, I ended up grocery shopping. So I'm going to go tonight and then pack for my weekend in BG when I get to see WICKED!

Re: Thursday!!
Off to a late start today. I was helping my uncle for the last 4 hours with some bids he's been putting together.
I still have to go pay my city income tax, pay my mortgage, electric bill and get ready for the lawyer tomorrow. I was going to mow my yard, but I think I'll put that off until tomorrow.
Right now I have to see what account is paying what bills. Going to be a tight couple of weeks, but I'll make it.

Just think, Pete! You're almost to the finish line!

Re: Thursday!!
Still a bit crummy. Although, today has been the best so far. Thanks for asking!
I woke up late thanks to an annoying alarm feature on my phone that turns off if any buttons are pushed. So I was rushing and didn't get a chance to check in this morning.
Work was okay--heading home now. I am hoping to do a bit more than yesterday when I just crashed and watched TV until I fell asleep.
Oh, it's 87 degrees or some such nonsense here.

Glad you're feeling better. Pete told me he wantshisyour house spotless and dinner on the table when he moves in. He also mentioned something about slippers, a pipe and a back rub, but I told him I wouldn't mention that - so I won't.

I may be a little crazy, but I'm not delusional!

Don't downplay the benefits of being delusional.
It works for the government.
Re: Thursday!!
Feeling better finally, too. Although, I have a persistent, yet ineffective cough.
I had two students 'go off' today, and I am kind of surprised that I don't feel like it was a rough day! I had to deal with both, but it didn't completely stress me out, so that's good!
I am waiting to get my hair cut right now and then meeting with a friend for some chat time. Should make for a good evening.

Re: Thursday!!
Kids, I ran 5.5 miles last night. It was exhilarating! I didn't think I would actually like running, but it turns out it is quite fun after the first mile or so, when you really get into a pace.
The only problem is I am starving! Oh, well.
So, work today, baseball tonight. Field trip tomorrow, that should be fun, we are going to a farm.
And that is about as exciting as my life gets.

That is so exciting Ang! I'm so proud of how you've stuck with running lately!
Working, then family night with Sharen. Nothing terribly exciting going on here at all.

Re: Thursday!!
Yeah for Angie!! I can't imagine running like that!
I'm working all freaking day today. 10am-8pm. I'm tired just thinking about it and my ankles are swelling before I even get there. 9 1/2 hours on my feet just makes for a very long day.

Re: Thursday!!
It's day one of end of month. I'm taking the train from Gresham today for the first time since sometime last year. Anyway, thia is pretty much the last calm end of month...we are getting about 4 or 5 new clients and it"s going to get crazy. Also, it's rainy and cold and I'm missing spring in NorCal right now (please ignore the fact that I said NorCal).
Angie' 5.5 miles is so great! I'm glad you are enjoying it!

Re: Thursday!!
Ang, that's amazing! I can't run a block!
But, with burning that many calories, you should be able to up your caloric intake--especially if you're starving. If your body doesn't have enough accessible fuel for that kind of work, it will start stripping it out of you organs and muscles (including your heart which is a muscle and organ!). You may lose weight, but it's actually more detrimental to you systems.
Did someone advise you to run and eat 1500? If so, were they aware of how far you are running? I think you burn 100 calories for every mile. So, if you're eating 1500 and running 5 miles, you're only getting 1000 calories a day...that's not a lot at all.
