Thanks guys, while I'm not expecting an answer from today, I'm hoping to at least get a feel for the outcome. Of course with the monsoon season of the last three days I have discovered a new roof leak. It will be fixed with the portion of the roof I'm paying to have redone, but it's not good for the appraisal. Hopefully the floor will dry before she gets here the rain is stopped for now. Rolling Eyes

Should be a good day, after the appraiser a small nap because I was up until 4am getting things ready. Then lunch and some shopping with my brother, then heading to Toledo to visit with an old friend before she moves to PA next week. A busy day, but it should be a good one! Very Happy
