Wednesday- New Years Eve Eve

Happy New Years Eve Eve people!
What is anyone doing for NYE?

My friend Nicole is coming to Cincinnati and we'll probably just have some mexican food and watch TV, then go to bed promptly at 12:10 (which is what we did last year )

I am working at Panera right now. The cleaning lady comes early every other Wednesday.

I am going to see Invictus this afternoon and then more side work to make extra money today.

I also have to figure out if I can send someone a carseat in the mail...

You would probably have to UPS or FedEx it. Who is knocked up and needing a car seat (123 NOT IT!)

Today I work all day and tomorrow I have to close. We close at 10pm which means I'll get out of there around 11pm with any hope at all. I'll come home, watch a movie and go to bed. Going out for New Years is such a hassle anymore that I've been enjoying staying home.

Me too Pete. I much prefer staying home, especially since I have so much going on normally I like to be able to just be in pajamas, crawl under covers and relax.

I forgot to give Angie her carseat back. Well, Piri's carseat...

We are going to go see Sherlock Holmes tomorrow afternoon, then have a potluck/game night at a friend's house tomorrow evening. I am hoping to knock out some scrumptious PW recipes!

Ny son and his wife saw Sherlock Holmes last night and loved it.

Yeah, I am actually getting giddy about seeing that one tomorrow--even though in an hour I am seeing Invictus about one of the most treasured topics of my mind and heart!

NYE... I'm just sleeping.

I've been listening to the Relevent Magazine Podcastas and thoroughly enjoying them. Although, I started downloading them to listen to the DM interviews, and I missed the second half of the interview.

My plan for now is to sit at home, watch movies and relax .. its a very low key way to end and begin the years

I feel like I used to listen to those...or I listened to one or two at some point. I can hear one of the guy's voices in my head. But, at the same time I have no idea when that happened, or how/why I was listening...weird!

I spent the morning at one Panera, went to the movie, and now am tempted to stop at a different Panera for lunch. It is cold and the idea of their mac and cheese is irresistible!

I like the french onion or black bean soup.

I'm eating Panera for dinner! I have to go to get tires and will be sitting there for about an hour so I'm going to pick up Panera first.
I'll get the Turkey Bacon Bravo and an apple

yeah, but I had to change it so you couldn't see what i wrote.

$573 later my car has 4 new tires, 5k more miles to go until I need another oil change, new wipers and all new air filters.
I'd forgotten what it was like to drive on tires with treads

My friend Nate gave me a fairly good deal so it could have been worse I suppose. He also told me replacing air filters was pretty simple and I could probably do it myself. To which I replied by bursting out laughing followed by an insane cough attack.

I also picked up a vaporizer from Sharen last night to help me sleep. The kitties were a little confused and scared of it.
