Has anyone read the book "Women Food and God: An Unexpected Path to Almost Everything" by Geneen Roth? Just curious what your thoughts were. Megan just read it and it kind of rocked her world and changed the way she looks at food. She's done with dieting, which I'm very happy about. Dieting may work for some people, but for me and most of the people I know it just seems to put a person on an up and down roller coaster ride with food. Just doesn't seem healthy.
