I follow the WW guidelines. I would suppose it would depend on if you were counting calories or if you just wanted a serving... where as serving sizes are on the back on the packages, etc.

I currently have three of them, but I use them for prettles not my own personal use.
They are always handy to have, whether it's for diet reasons, or cooking/baking reasons. They are rather reasonable at Bed, Bath and Beyond, Meijer, etc... Mine was around $30.

yeah... and the non digital ones are less expensive... but trickier to use.
