I smoked a ton of it back in the day, but 'watching' it never interested me.

Rescue Me--it's pretty unique, although something about it reminds me of the Sopranos. Maybe it's the accents. Or the attitude. Or the raunch.
I used to be attracted to firemen, but this makes me think they're kind of a skeevy bunch!

I just recently watched the 2 seasons of The United States of Tara--quirky and only slightly believable, but intriguing nonetheless. I found myself searching DID and getting that hazy, ocerloaded feeling from delving deeply into psychological issues.
I also caught the first episode of The Big C online and it looks super promising. Odd, dark, well-acted.

Pete and I are working our way through the series Alias.
This will be my 4th time through the series and Pete's first. ( )
I'm so excited watching it with a newbie!

Back into The Sopranos after getting out of it during the whole wedding madness. We're in season 4. Such a great show!

I am watching The Middle, because it is so real life, as far as my life goes, that I can't believe it. It is hilarious!

I don't think I have heard of that show, Angie. When is it on? And what channel?

It is on ABC on Wednesday nights, right before Modern Family....it has Patricia Heaton, I think...she was the wife on Everybody Loves Raymond, right? And the guy who was the janitor on Scrubs. I get cramps from laughing sometimes when I watch it.

They only have a couple episodes on hulu--not the whole season.
It kind of reminds me of ELR and Malcolm in the Middle. A hybrid of those two shows.
The little kid reminds me so much of a student I had a couple years ago! It is eery!

I will look for it. I don't know if it is up there, though. The one I saw was about the older kid having a girlfriend and then crying when they broke up.
The girl was in something else I watched recently but can't remember what.
The little kid's voice and size are what remind me of my old student--the one who loved Christmas.

I don't know what possessed me to watch an episode of Wipeout, but I did.
And I kinda liked it too.

I'm jumping on the Wipeout bandwaggon too. I've seen it a couple of times now, and though it's completely asinine, I have to say that I laugh almost non-stop for an hour. Love the hosts' comments too.

I could do without the comments, but I like the names they come up with--Moobs, Crazy Cuban, etc.

Did you watch the most recent one, Dave? Mustard, Ketchup, and Wipeout Weenies?

Yup! Hysterical. I liked the guy with the terrible shirt. What did they call him? Fashion Victim or something like that?

Re: What TV are you watching lately?
Oh, gosh. It was Fashion something...but not a negative term...gosh, that's gonna bug me. I loved when he jumped for home base in the baseball game and TOTALLY missed!! I haven't seen anyone do that! It was like he jumped in the seated position--his butt was up in the air and he just planted in the mud pit. Everyone watching totally lost it too, which I thought was equally as funny. But, overall, Birthday Boy was my fav. His little noises and his clingy nature...hah! Cracked me up!

Re: What TV are you watching lately?
Megan and I just finished season 5 of The Sopranos. 1 season left to go! What a friggin' great show. After we're done with it I'm going to try and not really get into any other shows for a while. I feel like I really need to cut back on the tv and internet.

Re: What TV are you watching lately?
Finished the final episode of The Sopranos last night. Holy crap. Amazing television. I think this show just became my favorite television drama (though it's been a while since I watched 6 feet under, and I haven't yet seen The Wire, which I've heard is an almost perfect show).
