The BBC series, Cramford, about an 1840s village in England. It is really a sweet show. Judy Dench and Michael Gambon and the woman who plays Umbridge in OotP are in it.

Cranford is really good--sweet. PBS has Return to Cranford online now too. And then there's Emma...I think my inner core is an Austen Heroine. Gosh, I love her characters!
Also, Life Unexpected is reallt capturing my heart in sweet, yet cheesy ways!

Watching the BBC program, Lilies, which is about a family in post WWI England and focuses on the three sisters. It is one of the most endearing stories I have seen and it further cinfirms that I was born in the wrong generation.

I'm watching the John Adams miniseries that was on HBO last year (or maybe even the year before) I saw it on the table at the dogsitting house and had always wanted to watch it.
I'm just starting part 2 now, it's very good

I am watching SNL on TV right now and it is annoying that, if I miss a joke, I can't rewind it...I am too used to watching shows on the internet.

I just finished Gandhi, which took me 4 nights. Very overrated movie. Actually beat E T for Best Picture. Amazing.

Actually, my anxiety over the organization of the forum has lessened significantly. I don't know what it is exactly, but I think, after having experiences with another person with similar bizarre anxieties, I realized how controlling and neurotic I look with all my own quirks. So, I have been really trying to talk myself out of some of them.
I mentioned this one just to give MT a hard time. I sometimes feel that is my job. ;)

Haven't been watching a ton lately, but i try to catch NBC's Thursday night line-up. Oh, and I'm actually really enjoying that new comedy, "Modern Family," which I think is on NBC. One of the best new comedies I've seen in a while.

I watched Modern Family last week, and I really liked it. I may have to try to catch that one.
Of course I am still watching American Idol, it's an addiction....and I watch Bones.
The boys rented the first season of the Office, so I may have to get the second season now.

I watched one episode and couldn't handle how stupid the dad was.

You mean Ed O'Neil or his son in law?

Re: What TV are you watching lately?
I guess the son in law. Married to the blond from Ed and Lost. It was brutal to watch that guy and what a tool they made him out to be. It was something about racing the wife, and she ended up letting him win and he looked so stupid.

Re: What TV are you watching lately?
OMG!! I am just catching "The Marriage Ref"--the show itself isn't so great, but the guy who stuffed his dog CRACKED me up when he said, "This is like my dream come true. Which is kind of weird because it's my dream and it's your nightmare. They're opposite." I was clapping I was laughing so hard.
