Re: At the Moment
ATM I'm snuggled under the covers in my own bed wif mah kitties next to me!!! The drive home was completely clear. It looked as if it had only rained. Hardly any snow on the ground the more east I went. Which seems odd as I live about 20 or so miles from a ski resort that is covered in snow! The only slow part was right when I got into town, traffic pretty much stopped. Prolly everyone trying to get to the mountain to play or get home from last nights craziness.
The news reported about 1,000 abandoned vehicles and approximately 300 accidents. Some people were even stuck in their cars in traffic or 7 hours! wow! It's supposed to get warmer as the days go by, but now I'm a little more prepared with 4 sand bags in the back of my truck for added weight!

ATM-Well, I've said before, but I really think it's time to start looking for a new job. There is a long list of reasons and it keeps getting longer.

Well, it's not a horrible situation... and mostly it's the fact that the train is getting worse, and parking is too expensive, plus gas... and I would like to find something that fits me a bit more than my current position.

ATM- I've been at work for 2 hours and 40 minutes and haven't gotten any customer calls at all. Only 1 hour and 20 minutes to go, I wonder if I can make it 4 hours without a call
At least I'm being productive on my older issues!

Re: At the Moment
ATM I just finished reflecting over the last year through my blogs and feel so good.
It reminded me to come here and thank you all for being who you are and tell you I'm SOOOOOO glad we were able to find a place to still be together because I don't know what I would do without you all.

Just in case anyone was wondering, Angie's computer crashed on Wednesday and she hasn't been able to sign onto anything internet related.
All is well aside from that! Phew!

ATM I'm really having a hard time moving through the forum. It's so hard to go back to the oldest post first, it's like a whole new world. I hope they add the option of personalizing, of course by then I'll have adjusted to this format.

Re: At the Moment
ATM I'm very nervous about a possible deal.
I sent an email to another business owner that is currently looking for a new space. It's a long shot, but I wanted to touch base with him before I signed another Realtor contract. I detailed the place for him and told him the advantages to his own current business which would be a great fit for this location and would be a great thing for this business.
Anyway, he's responded and is very excited at the price I told him and the possibilities, but as I thought he's concerned with the financial end of the deal being the father of a young family. He asked me for two weeks to talk with extended family and banks to see what he could figure out and what it would take.
While I know it's an incredible long shot, the deal would leave me happy, be a great opportunity for him, and take care of my customers. I can't help but be hopeful, although I'm not jumping the gun. I've been down this road, but I figure if it doesn't work out I can still call the next Realtor and have it on the market in two weeks, so it will only cost me two weeks of time, I figure a little risk might be worth it.
But I'm nervous.

Re: At the Moment
Compared to the time that's already passed Pete 2 weeks will fly by. It will be worth it to see this offer through. It's good to not be to excited, but I'll be excited anyway ok
