Good thing is only mostly a euphanism.

As far as Friday, I'm going to have this house clean by then because I would be mortified if anyone saw how I've been living these last couple of months, you'd probably not let me move into your house.

There will be plenty of packing to be done have no fear, I just don't want my mess to be seen.

It's kind of funny, I remember coming down to help you move and you being completely overwhelmed by the amount of stuff to do and I remember being the voice of reason to take it room by room........I'm going to need that from you because the idea of moving again is getting very overwhelming.

Don't worry, I'm good at being the voice of reason in every situation except those in my very own life

I'm excited that my house might stay more clean when you move in because we'll be to ashamed to let our true messy sides out!

Well, it is Wednesday, but it doesn't seem like it! Holidays always throw me off. And the fact that I am not working is really throwing me off.

I need to work this summer, but I really need at least this week to just be able to get the house clean.

Yesterday I cleaned the blinds in the living room and washed the windows, moved furniture, dusted....all of that fun stuff. Today I think I am going to clean the bathroom and my bedroom....while hopefully maintaining the kitchen and living room.

We are having big problems with our leech field....and that is very scary, because we don't have the money for those kind of problems....nor do we have the credit to deal with them. So, hopefully that will get worked out with no major cost....but Nate has to work day and night to keep up with the things that keep going wrong at home....this is why people rent!

Let's pray that we buy a winning lottery ticket....if there is enough to go around I will even share!

Working in a rock star outfit today. We're also getting our prizes for our sales goal.
We won 80G iPods and they said if we didn't want them we could also take the cash. But apparently by cash they meant an amazon.com gift card. Which I was hoping for the cash to go towards my property taxes, but I suppose if the WORST thing I have to worry about today is how to spend $235 at amazon.com I'm probably ok

they have 80G ipods? man! that's huge! Everyone I know who has a kindle or a nook loves them spend wisely my friend.

oh... wednesday... and it's pouring... I'm going to go hire someone to build me an ark.. or at least a non tipsy kinda boat. Leaving for vacation tomorrow night. Laundry done, packing to do.

I had to work all day today and I kept getting reports from people while at work about things happening at my store. The dumpster getting full, the moving of everything and windows getting done, etc... It was driving me crazy, letting go of control of something I had control over for so long is a lot more difficult than I originally thought.

I had yet another busy day where I didn't get home until after 9. Clementine buried her head in my lap and wouldn't leave for 10 minutes. Gosh, I felt so guilty!

I heard a substantiated rumor of great news for next year--I am probably going to be moving my classroom to the middle school, which I requested. I don't know for sure, but after this year, I am really ready for a change! It has me pretty excited and thankful--i have been praying earnestly that this would happen. But, I am kind of also waiting for there to be some kind of horrible catch. We shall see.

I feel weird but I have to sneak out into my old store and get some things I forgot...you know, like my hundreds of dollars of stained glass materials!

It's weird how weird I feel for going out there and how sneaky I'm being......and I really want to see what he's doing.

Pete, you are still the landlord and owner of that property. You are allowed to go in there.
You aren't allowed to steal his stuff, but you're allowed to go in there.

I didn't get it and had a small heart attack when I couldn't find any of it until I went to the way back storage room and realized they put it back there to keep it safe. Now that I know it's out of the way I feel better and it will be fine until I have space for it in here.

Did you go in without him knowing? I don't know about there, but that's against the law in most states. You can give him notice that you're going in, but you can't just go in on your own.

When you rent/buy you have full legal right to that building and the landlord or owner has to give you proper written notice before entering the property.

Maybe it's different there, but I'd doubt it.

nah, no bullet in my head. If this was a residential property the laws are closer to what you are thinking Bob, but commercial law is slightly different, especially with the layout of this building.

He knows I'm in and out from time to time because I have a repair guy coming to fix the one cooler, I still have a few things being stored in the back of the store and such. I did promise I would completely respectful to his property and his privacy and when the cooler is fixed and the final load of my stuff is taken out I wouldn't be entering the space without his consent, other than to shop.

We have a good relationship now and I didn't touch a thing I just wanted to make sure my things were still there and they were.

All in all, it's all good.

More importantly - is he making prettles today?

nope, he still has over 100 lbs of prettles in the freezer but when he runs out I'll be helping him for the first batch.

100 lbs! That's a lot of pig.
