Sunday!!

yep, my hope is that the twins will still be wanting to do a family vacation when they are almost 20, because our goal was to have one full family vacation before all of the kids were grown.

I still want to go on family vacations with my family and they drive me freakin nuts sometimes.

I'm so full right now I could just lay my head down and take a nap. I don't know why I do this to myself.

Today was more unpacking, lunch with Bethany's family, more unpacking, yard work, dinner, now food coma. There is some more work to do downstairs but I can't seem to find the motivation to go down there and get to work.

And it still doesn't feel like I'm living here yet.

Day 2 of 12 hours of work on my friend's house. Painting and tearing up carpet today. Ready for sleep!

My friend said she feels weird about her house too--i wonder what makes it start feeling like your home? You would think a food coma would do it!

Yeah, Pete and I decided we need to stop eating like we're visiting each other for the weekend

WP served brunch at Ronald McDonald House and I almost punched a volunteer in the face because he was being inappropriate with me, thankfully my co-leader stepped in and distracted him (he's not all there from a car accident but he definitely uses that as an excuse to touch women more than is appropriate and not stop when they tell him several times to)

Then lunch with my family, I did some filing for my friend Claire for a little extra $$ and yard work then dinner with Pete.
Then I pretty much crawled into bed and didn't get out till this morning.
I'm so ready to get back to a regular schedule.

I was hit by the cleaning spirit! YAY!!!

Church then some bible study on 1st, 2nd, & 3rd John. Now home listening to it make a lot of noise outside and oh wait...it finally started raining, watching Alias and waiting for laundry to be ready to switch.
But I've already cleaned the kitchen, emptied and reloaded the dishwasher and picked up random things around the house.

I woke up with my right eye almost completely shut with a sty...the third or fourth one I have had in a year! A bit ridiculous!

Went to church, where none of my friends were in attendance so I sat by myself. The kid next to me was talking, playing with change, and blowing bubbles with gum the whole time! Drove me NUTS!! I actually was plugging my ear closest to him for the majority of the service.

So, at the end of the service I jumped up to run away from the most annoying teenager ever, and caught a glimpse of my high school best friend turned college boyfriend walking out! WHAT THE HECK?!

Now, I am trying to get some work done, but just am kind of fried by my surprise this morning.

Church, WP today was praying all of first service for our church, the people in it and those that will come for wisdom and discernment for the vision God has given us as a church body. Good stuff.
Some teen leaders didn't behave very well but Michelle (my co-leader) and I had a great conversation with them about the different expectations that are on leaders and our expectations of them moving forward if they want to continue to lead.
Then baptisms 2nd service, so it was a great, but draining morning.

Then I came home with great ideals to clean and cut the grass and instead I took a 2 hour nap, but I have managed to do some laundry and empty/reload the dishwasher. Now I'm vegging on the couch for what will probably be the rest of the night.

Served at the nursing home, 2nd service and then read through Hosea with Claire, which was amazing.
Moved the DVr box around and am now watching the Emmy's pre-show and judging people mercilessly with Pete.
